Neilvac is a Mechanical‐Electrical‐Plumbing (MEP) and Pharmaceutical Engineering solutions company in Zimbabwe. Incorporated in 2019, the Harare based company emerged from the growing demand for locally-sourced, cost-effective pharmaceutical engineering solutions in Zimbabwe, aiming to bridge gaps and uphold cGMP compliance within our local pharmaceutical sector.

An experienced Building Services Engineering

professional, registered with ZIE, ASHRAE, PMI & ISPE with a demonstrated history of experience in HVAC

design, Project Management, Engineering Maintenance and Validation in the pharmaceutical industry.

He has completed several design and installation projects to success of pharmaceutical manufacturing

plants, laboratories, warehouses, and laundry facilities. In 2021, he became the first Zimbabwean to be an

author at ISPE, with the latest contribution being the ISPE Good Practice Guide on Controlled Temperature
